We can offer free shipping on most products seen on our site. However, our free shipping offer does not include 24” x 48” or larger paintings. We have create a flat fee for each painting depending on the canvas size that covers 50% of the shipping costs. Our studio will happily cover the remaining amount.

Our studio (Emerald Art Gallery) will cover the costs of the shipping materials we use to keep your painting safe on its journey to your home. As soon as it is shipped out to your home, we will communicate to share a TKN.

To ensure you stay informed, we will share your email, telephone number, and name with FedEx, our shipping service provider. FedEx will email will let you know when your package has arrived.

PICKUPS + Deliveries
 

Don’t worry about shipping costs, stressing over your painting safely arriving in your home after a long journey in a truck filled with so many different packages. If you live close to one of our weekly art shows, stop by and pick up your painting at the show. We would be thrilled to see you in person, show you more of our work and tell you about our creative process. It is way more personal to meet the artist and have them give you your new painting in person. If you ask, they will also write a dedication on the back of the canvas.

Too busy to stop by at the art show? Don’t worry about it. We got you covered! Our fans and supporters who live close to one of our upcoming art shows but can't pick up their painting can now wait for their painting in the comfort of their home. We'll schedule a delivery after or before the show and bring your new painting to your home. This way, it's protected and well taken care of by the artist herself. Plus it’s free! Returns

We understand that purchasing artwork is no easy task and a commitment you may live with for many years. Emerald Art Gallery LLC, representing Rosa Chavez and Leon F. Ruiz, is committed to ensuring 100% satisfaction. Once you’ve purchased an original art or fine art print, we'll give you seven (7) days to decide whether you’d like to keep it or return it for a refund or exchange of equal value.

Returns and/or exchanges are not valid for custom-made paintings, custom prints, or giclée after final approval is given. Art collectors are responsible for all shipping and packaging costs when returning the artwork, and it must be in the same condition it was received in to be eligible for a 100% refund or exchange. After the first exchange, the sale becomes final; no other exchanges or refunds are available.

 

Copyright

The art collectors who own any of my paintings or prints may resell them in the future, but the collector's rights are limited by copyright.

The artist retains all copyrights, the artwork may not be reproduced, copied, or made into prints without consent from the artist, Rosa Chavez, my business partner Leon F. Ruiz or representing gallery, Emerald Art Gallery.
